Booking Contract

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due now to confirm your booking with us.

Contract:
The price for food will include purchase/premium preparation of all food for menus.
Set up and break down of onsite serving, (Sometimes grilling and smoking)
Timely service, all servicewear and service charge as gratuity.
The client will be held responsible for any damage or loss of equipment due to their or their guest’s negligence. (Guests depart with trays or baskets or BBQ equipment or costs incurred by Haagenson’s Catering for additional pickups of missing equipment or schedule changes to do so.)

Count Drops:
If the count drops more than 25% or more of the original quoted count then a fee may be billed. Please make your RSVP cut offs at appropriate times.

Cancellation Fees:
If for any reason the client cancels the event the following fees will be enforced. Unless mutually agreed arrangements are made.

30 business days to 14 days prior to the event- 50% fee billed (Deposit)

Two weeks prior to the day of the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total will be billed. Please keep in contact before two week window. We will be happy to work with any concern if something comes up with plenty of time.

Due to some customers pay cycles, full payment can be made to accommodate deadlines of pay cycles. Final payments are always due within the week up to the event date for your convenience. Late fees can occur for payments made after the event date.
