Booking Contract

A 50% Deposit is due to confirm your booking with us.

The price for food will include, purchase/prep of all food for menus. Setup and break down of onsite serving, (grilling and smoking) Timely service and service charge for extra kitchen staff. The client will be held responsible for any damage or loss of equipment due to their or their guest's negligence. (Guests depart with trays or baskets or BBQ equipment, costs incurred by Haagenson's Catering & BBQ for additional pickups of missing equipment or schedule changes.) If the guaranteed count is reduced by the client prior to a 7-day window the final cost will be mutually agreed on. Once inside the 7-day window, the guaranteed count will remain guaranteed. Please keep in contact before one-week window. We will be happy to work with you in any concern if something comes up with plenty of time.

Cancellation Fees: If for any reason the client cancels the event the following fees will be enforced. Unless mutually agreed arrangements are made.

30 business days prior: 25% fee billed

30 business days to 14 days prior to the event- 50% of total billed (Deposit)

Two weeks prior to the day of the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total will be billed. Unless mutually agreed arrangements are made.

Due to some customers pay cycles, Full payment can be made to accommodate deadlines of pay cycles.
