A gratuity of $25-60 per staff member or a percentage of the total is customary. They are working hard for ya!
(When applicable a catering fee is charged. It is not a tip. It helps to offset Special labor, Special set up, staging and your administration costs. It is subject to tax laws) Ice Carving? Helicopter rides? Lighting and stages?
A 50% deposit is due now to confirm your booking with us.
This quote is good for two weeks after the date received. We do not hold dates without deposits. Deposits are non refundable.
Haagenson’s Catering is a full service food and licensed beverage caterer. Chef Haagenson has over 25 years of experience in foodservice. Your event will include the set up and break down of your onsite food service needs, timely service, and all serviceware. The client will be held responsible for any damage or loss of equipment due to their or their guest’s negligence.
Rental and food management
Rental equipment is added as a secondary line item on our contracts and can include special set up and breakdown fees depending on event requirements. Leftover food is the client’s responsibility and the client releases all liability to the caterer after the event is over. Haagenson’s can remove extra food and donate to local food banks at no charge. Unless prior arrangements are made, the client is responsible for waste removal from the venue. For health reasons, we cannot remove refuse in our catering vehicles. Haagenson’s catering will help arrange waste removal for a fee. Outside food additions are not the responsibility of Haagenson’s Catering.
If your headcount drops, there is a 25% charge for drops more than 15%. If you quote your event low, then we can always add on in the weeks before!
These occur with events that cancel after all the product is purchased and there is return fees or costs beyond our control.
Final payments are due the week of the event. Please keep in contact before the two week window to make final counts and payment arrangements.
Late fees will occur for payments made after the event date (25%).
